Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. After that, you are charged automatically — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on the frequency you chose. You will receive an SMS notification before each renewal.
Yes — log in to your RClub account, go to My Subscriptions, and update the frequency. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
You can pause your subscription at any time from your account. No penalty, no questions. Resume when you are ready — your schedule continues from that point.
Log in, go to My Subscriptions, and cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect immediately — no calls, no forms.
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). RClub never stores your card details. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
The price is locked at the time of subscription. If it changes, we notify you 7 days in advance via SMS so you can decide before the new rate applies.

- Subscriptions are valid only for registered RClub customers with a valid account.
- Subscription prices reflect the discounted rate at enrolment and may change with 7 days' advance SMS notice.
- Automatic renewal occurs on your chosen billing cycle using the payment method on file via Razorpay.
- Free delivery applies exclusively to subscription orders.
- 2× reward points are credited within 48 hours of each successful subscription delivery.
- Subscriptions may be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time from your account with immediate effect.
- Failed payments will be retried up to 3 times before the subscription is suspended.
