RClub Subscription Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Subscriptions are available to registered RClub customers with a valid delivery address in India.
- A valid payment method linked to a Razorpay account is required.
Billing
- Payments are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- Subscription prices are locked at the time of subscription. Price changes apply only to new subscriptions.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime before the next billing date with no penalty.
- No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle after payment is processed.
Delivery
- Deliveries are subject to product availability and pincode serviceability.
- Free delivery applies to all subscription orders within serviceable areas.
Reward Points
- 2X reward points apply to all subscription orders per the current RClub Rewards programme.
- Reward points cannot be redeemed directly against subscription payments.
Modifications
